We’ve wanted to give our students a classroom with a view, which is why we’ve chosen the location in the neighborhood of the Third Street Promenade & Downtown Santa Monica. COURSES

CEL offers 6 levels of general English language courses, as well as TOEFL exam preparation courses throughout the year. Each class has an average of 6 - 7 students and a maximum of 12 students.
All courses are accredited by the Commission on English Language Accreditation(CEA).
